Homeschool Group

We are part of a great homeschool group and this fall we did a bunch of fun stuff. Every year all of the kids get together and have a free enterprise day. All of the kids make something to sell and they earn money to buy other kids stuff. This year I let the kids pick what they wanted to make. It was super fun! Sydney made beanbags to sell and had a beanbag toss game. Delaney made hair flowers to sell and Kennedy couldn't decide on anything so she helped Sydney make her beanbags. They had a super fun time it is such a great activity.

Kennedy enjoying an snow cone. It was great fun and Delaney was the big winner for the day she made the most money in our house and sold out of all of her stuff. A great learning activity for the girls.

Also this fall we did an art class. Each week Andrea( one of the moms) brought pictures of famous paintings for the kids to study and then they made their own picture depending in what we were studying. The class was tons of fun and the girls really enjoyed it. I only remembered my camera one day and we were studying landscapes.

They were suppose to find a picture of a landscape and recreate it by tearing paper and doing some sketching. Kennedy's turned out really nice. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Patty for all the Arizona Highway magazines they have the best pictures in them:)
