Randomn February and March Happenings

We are super lucky to have so many very good friends. This happens to be Rory's favorite. He is often referred to as Rory's boyfriend. Ben is a terrific sport and I am pretty sure he is just as smitten with her as she is with him:)
The girls learned how to jump rope in PE this year and they were constantly jumping. I love that they can do it all together.
I love the mid air shots!
Rory got her first hair cut. Such a big girl:)

1st Day of School

Today was our first day of school for the 2012-2013 school year. We took a break this summer because I was so sick at the beginning so it has been the longest break we have ever taken at one time. So to entice them back we bought each of them a new back to school outfit. Well let me tell you that did the trick. They have been begging to go back to school. It is amazing what new clothes can do:)
My little stair steps. To be fair Sydney wasn't standing up straight but Kennedy has almost caught her. We had to bribe Rory with fruit snacks to get her to stand in the photo she was being a bugger this morning:)
Sydney is starting 4th Grade.

Kennedy is starting 2nd Grade.

Delaney is staring 1st Grade.

Audrey is in Pre-Kindergarten.

Rory is just cute and is in "always in the way school"

I know another of Rory but I can't believe how big she is getting:)
The first day of school was super successful and a lot of fun. I can only hope they all go this smoothly!!

Delaney's 6th B-Day

Delaney had her very first friend birthday party this year. She wanted a tea party and I have to say it was so fun and super cute. Here is the birthday girl I can't believe she is already 6.

Here is Delaney at her tea table waiting for her friends. We used real china plates and cups and used all the tea pots Jerame's Grandma left us. It was so cute:) The girls had raspberry tea, homemade lemonade and hot chocolate to choose from.
When the girls arrived the first station was to get all ready for the tea party. They were given necklaces, tea party hats and of course makeup. Blush and lipstick:)

Dance Party Time!

This was super fun Kiss the Frog. Each of the girls had lip stick on and were blind folded and they had to kiss the frog on the wall. Much better than pin the tail on the donkey:)
Audrey had to have a turn too.
Final product so fun. Daddy was super nice and drew us the frog!
All the girls dressed in their tea party finest,
 Lunch time!!
Delaney really wanted a store bought birthday cake this year because she had never had one and I was all to happy to give in because this party was a lot of work. On a funny note she decided she didn't want a store bought cake again she said it wasn't very good. LOL
Love you Delaney!!!

Valentine's Day

Yes it has been forever since I have blogged but no better time than the present to start:) I was just going to skip all the stuff that I missed but looking back through the pictures I just didn't want to miss out on all these memories for my kids. So bare with me as we go back 6 months:)

We went to a Valentine's Party with friends. We made love bugs to hold all our friends Valentine's.

We played lots of fun games.
 We exchanged Valentines.
And of course had yummy snacks. This was the only part Rory cared about!
Isn't she cute:) I seriously can't believe how much she has changed in such a short time!
On Valentine's Day we celebrated at home with heart shaped food all day. Pink and white heart shaped pancakes for breakfast.
 Heart shaped sandwiches for lunch.
For dinner Uncle Beau and Aunt Christin came over. While I made dinner Beau made an obstacle course for the girls to go through. They had some serious fun, Beau is the best obstacle course maker.

Heart shaped homemade pizza for dinner.
The whole gang getting ready to sit down:) It is crazy when we all get together but so much fun!
The evening ended with Red Velvet cake balls. Yummy but very rich!
