Our last morning in Hawaii we woke up to load crashing waves and rain. We even got a rainbow and if you look close in the picture below you will see it.
We got up early and headed out. Our flight was suppose to leave around 3pm and we wanted to go to the Dole Pineapple Plantation that was on the way to the airport.
It was an interesting place to tour around and we learned a lot of fun facts that now I don't really remember. I guess I should have written it down:)
Oh well, we took a tram tour and the weather was nice and only sprinkled n us a little while we were there.
We tried their famous Dole Whip. It was unlike anything I had ever eaten. It was okay not my favorite but Rory really liked it. She has such a sweet tooth.
She grabbed the spoon right out of my hand.
After that we were off to the airport to find out that our plain was having mechanical problems and we were delayed like 4 hours while they found us a new one. Poor Rory was so tired I finally got her to take a nap and she slept on the chairs.
Here we are finally on the plane. It was a very long day and very long night. We got back to Arizona at like 4 in the morning:(
We had a fabulous time on the trip. I can't wait to go back!!
